I was already financed when I walked in the door and new what I wanted. The whole process only took 2 hours exactly! Henry was very knowledgeable and friendly!

My husband and I purchased two vehicles recently from Henry. First transaction went smooth for my husband’s diesel truck. I had a slight issue with a lien released for my purchase of my Expedition. HENRY, sales representative and ANTHONY, manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me get the new vehicle. They even put the vehicle aside until my previous lien was clear. The TEAM work they have is awesome. Living in the Florida Keys, this is the ONLY Ford Dealership I will ever purchase from! They are honest, trustworthy and have the best prices! Lobby was comfortable while I waited. My oil change and tire rotation didn’t take long. The employees were welcoming and friendly. Recommend for anyone.

I bought a used 2025 escape and it had multiple chips and scratches on it. I took it to the paint shop and they fixed it and now it looks like a real human owns it. Before it looked like it was used for a truck for hauling. It was abused by someone. I thank the paint shop and Roy for doing a great job.

I cannot thank Christian and Gabe enough for getting my truck back to me the same day. I had two recalls and my first service needed to be done and even after knowing Gabe ran into some technical issues with one of the recalls both Christian and Gabe stayed a little later on a Saturday to make sure that my new truck was done before they left for the evening. I am a service advisor for a luxury car care shop in Tampa and I completely understand what Christian has to go through on a daily basis, and his level of professionalism and knowledge of the product is beyond amazing. If you need your vehicle serviced there I promise, if you are lucky enough to get Christian as your advisor and Gabe as your technician, Christian will definitely make sure you have the absolute best experience ever and Gabe will definitely make sure your vehicle is in the absolute best condition ever when it leaves. Christian is the best and I can't thank him enough for getting my truck back to me the same day !!!!!!

This is the second time I've bought a vehicle through Bill Jarrett. I was very satisfied the first time I came through as well. I came in with a Pre-approval from my bank. My Salesman, Henry was knowledgeable in the vehicles and was extremely helpful in getting me towards the right fit for me. The manager D worked to help me get an excellent deal on my loan by calling the bank back after the interest rate wasn't quite matching up with my pre-approval. This ended in me getting a much lower interest rate than I was even pre-approved for! The whole process was smooth and concise. I would be more than happy to come back through Bill Jarrett in the future for my next vehicle.

Really good customer service is hard to find these days, but not at Jarrett Ford Dade City when Lexie is my service advisor and Carrie is my valet driver, as they were today. It truly was a delightful experience to have my 2023 Ford Explorer serviced at Jarrett Ford today — kind of like going back to the olden days when good customer service was a regular thing :-)

This is my preferred location within a very large radius. This team is extremely professional and communicate very thoroughly. They have a genuine service team who always make you feel like you’re in the best hands. I had to deal with Scott and he made my experience. Extremely smooth. I will be bringing my two Ford vehicles here for a long time and purchasing my next one from this location.

Anytime there’s a recall or issue she’s always had my back and goes out of her way to make it as easy as possible for me to get everything taken care of. reaching out to make sure I’m good and checking to make sure everything is going well makes you feel like family and they really care about customers satisfaction. She sent out a mobile team to take care of me this time and they were also very professional,punctual and respectful.

I had high hopes for the new location and would have loved to make a deal but lack of communication has halted everything. I was there recently to look at a 2026 Ford Maverick. I did my research and knew more about the car than the sales person did typically a red flag. I do the test drive love the truck and said let's talk numbers. They had me a sheet says this is the best deal no back and forth bam this is it. I understand this is a tactic as this isnt my first rodeo. They want the highest margin and I want the lowest price. I decided the deal at the time wasnt right for me. Usually you will get a email phone call text something that say hey sorry we couldn't make a deal or a counter offer etc. I received nothing. I even texted them through the website no response after texting the sales agent directly and not getting a response from him either. This isnt the first one star review and im sure it wont be the last based on my experience. Wish it could have been better. Keep my experience in mind when shopping for a Ford of any kind.

Communication needs to improve. After the truck was there for 6 hours (oil change and tire rotation), I had to contact them for an update.

Little upset took brand new f350 diesel for service and a recall and some one deflated both rear tires to 56lbs the service lights came on half way home had to stop in the pouring rain to fill back up to 80lbs both tire very upset!
